The challenge

BancoEstado needed to advance its sustainability and ESG strategy, driven by strong institutional conviction, but with little clarity on how these issues were perceived and valued by its key audiences: individuals, and micro, small, medium and large companies.
The challenge was to deepen the connection with these audiences and, based on that, design products, services and communication priorities more aligned with their expectations, identifying strategic opportunities to strengthen its sustainability and ESG value proposition.
