Develop meaningful sessions with the organization’s leaders (4-hour in-person workshops) to help them connect with their personal purpose and strengthen their ability to lead with a purpose-driven mindset when working with their teams.

We led the strategic process, naming, and design for Relink, working alongside SENCE, Sofofa, OTIC Sofofa, the IDB, and other key organizations.

Relink uses artificial intelligence to identify skills, suggest career transition paths, and guide training processes, bringing greater transparency and efficiency to the labor market.
