2nd Business Community for Trust 2026 Meeting
2nd Business Community for Trust 2026 Meeting
At Almabrands, together with Futuro del Trabajo SOFOFA Capital Humano, we aim to create a collaborative space to foster trust as a cornerstone of organizational development.
With the participation of more than 50 members of the Business Community for Trust and executives from various companies in Chile, we held an engaging and dynamic workshop: Facilitators of Dialogues for Trust, which provides tools to create and facilitate spaces for dialogue among employees from different areas of an organization, strengthening bonds and trust within the company.
At this event, participants gathered in roundtable discussions to address three main topics: dialogue as a tool for building trust and fostering connection; the conditions that enable participatory and meaningful conversations; and the design and practice of spaces for dialogue.
“This is how we bring our community to life—a community whose sole purpose is to place trust at the center of business and social discourse and to promote understanding of it as a core element of organizational management in the 21st century,” says Pamela Ordenes, a partner at Almabrands.
The attendees’ enthusiasm came across as very genuine and spontaneous; here are some of their comments:
Jesús Vera of Sumitomo Chemicals: “Listening to different opinions and perspectives allows me to gain insights that I can later apply within my own organization.”
Constanza Bórquez, independent: “These are the kinds of opportunities that make the future of work better and different. I love being a part of this.”
Tamara Álvarez, from WEG Chile: “I’m very happy to participate in this event, which allows us to work as a team and build networks. As a company, we’ve been working with SOFOFA for several years now, and we feel it’s extremely important to meet face-to-face and set a goal of making the workplace a happier place.”
Pedro Pablo Lagos, of LGS Consultores: “These sessions are very valuable because they provide essential tools for addressing such important issues as trust. They also help us become facilitators within our organizations, promoting conversations and practices that strengthen collaboration among people.”
Angélica Durán-Gaviola, of Tricolor: “These gatherings are incredibly valuable because they create spaces not only for dialogue but also for reflection on the challenges we face every day. They allow us to take a break to listen to one another, connect, and collaborate, and then apply those lessons to our companies. They are a true oasis that invites us to reflect and see things from new perspectives.”
Fernanda Torres, from IP Chile: “Over a delicious cup of coffee, I’ve found this dialogue to be very enriching—it helps strengthen tools that are key to my work… so I hope they’ll invite me back.”
The invitation is open for next Thursday, August 20, 2026. If you’d like to join the community and attend upcoming meetings, please email us at:
