Purpose Index: A Purpose-Driven Mindset in Organizations

That was the question that led us to conduct the third edition of our study, *The State of Purpose*, with the goal of assessing its evolution and relevance in Chilean companies from the perspective of their leaders. We presented the study last Friday, June 6.

We conducted a quantitative study of 164 executives and managers from companies of various sizes, sectors, and regions of the country. This approach allowed us to develop an up-to-date snapshot of how purpose is perceived and valued in the Chilean corporate environment.

A clear trend: purpose matters—and it matters a lot.

76% of the leaders surveyed rate it as “very important” for companies to have a clear and inspiring purpose. This figure is not only consistent with previous years, but it also reaffirms that purpose is no longer just a desirable goal, but a strategic pillar.
