2nd Gathering of the Companies for Trust Community 2026

At Almabrands, together with Futuro del Trabajo SOFOFA Capital Humano, we aim to create a collaborative space to foster trust as a pillar of organizational development.

 

With the participation of more than 50 members of the Companies for Trust Community and executives from a range of companies in Chile, we held a participatory and dynamic workshop: Dialogue Facilitators for Trust, which provides tools to create and facilitate spaces for dialogue among employees from different areas of an organization, strengthening relationships and trust within the company.

 

At this gathering, attendees grouped in roundtables addressed three major topics: dialogue as a tool to strengthen trust and build connection; the conditions that make participatory and meaningful conversations possible; and the design and practice of dialogue spaces.

 

“This is how we are bringing our community to life, whose purpose is none other than to place trust at the center of the business and social debate, and to foster its understanding as a core management element for organizations in the 21st century,” says Pamela Ordenes, partner at Almabrands.

 

The attendees’ enthusiasm came through in a genuine and spontaneous way. Here are some of their thoughts:

 

Jesús Vera of Sumitomo Chemicals: “Hearing different opinions and perspectives gives me feedback that I can later apply in my own organization.”

 

Constanza Bórquez, independent: “These are the spaces that make the future of work better and different. I love being part of this.”

 

Tamara Alvarez, of WEG Chile: “I’m very happy to take part in this activity, which allows us to work as a team and build networks. As a company, we’ve been working with SOFOFA for several years, and we feel it’s super important to meet face to face and set ourselves the goal of making the workplace a happier place.”

 

Pedro Pablo Lagos, of LGS Consultores: “These forums are very valuable because they provide essential tools to address topics as relevant as trust. They also help us become facilitators within our organizations, promoting conversations and practices that strengthen collaboration among people.”

 

Angélica Durán-Gaviola, of Tricolor: “These gatherings are enormously valuable, because they create spaces not only for dialogue, but also for reflection on the challenges we face every day. They allow us to pause, listen to one another, connect, and co-create, and then bring those learnings back to our companies. They are a true oasis that invites us to reflect and see things from new perspectives.”

 

Fernanda Torres, of IP Chile: “Over a great cup of coffee, I found a very enriching space for dialogue that helps strengthen tools that are key to my work. So I hope you’ll invite me again.”
